I've been a licensed Realtor® for four years. But I've been a real estate investor for over twelve. When I sit down with a buyer or seller, I'm not just thinking about the transaction — I'm thinking about the long game. I've made every kind of real estate decision there is. The good ones, and the ones I'd do differently. That experience is what I bring to every client.

I grew up on the lake here. I know which neighborhoods feel right for families, where people tend to land and love it, and what it feels like to drive home to Rockford and feel your shoulders drop. That kind of knowledge doesn't show up in a market report — but it shows up in every conversation I have with a client.

Before real estate

A little background

Before real estate, I owned a yoga studio in Rockford — and built one of my favorite communities around it. Then came homeschooling our four kids through Classical Conversations. Two very different worlds. The same thread running through both: showing up for people in the middle of busy, transitional seasons of life. It turns out that skill translates directly into real estate.
